Affiliate Link – LEGO Hero Factory Jetbug
I posted a LEGO Hero Factory review last week (Surge 2.0 review here), and my conclusion basically boiled down to it’s a neat toy but not something I need to concentrate on collecting the entire line. Well, that may be true, but pieces like this LEGO Hero Factory Jetbug* starts to fight that conclusion because this guy looks great. I love the colors, and that flame-blasting jetpack looks wonderfully fun. I can completely understand why some people are Hero Factory completists.

Run! Jetbug and the other Fire Villains are attacking Tanker Station 22. If he’s not stopped, he will fly off with our hero-pod fuel using his powerful back-mounted jet engines. Watch out for his razor-sharp pincers and do not let him start his jet engines or we will never be able to catch him! 63 pieces.

The thirteen dollar sets are actually pretty cool, I’m rarely disappointed in them when I decide I need a Lego fix. Actually, I’m about to dump a whole bunch of Bionicle off on ebay, I was cleaning out the guest bedroom (where I keep everything stored) and was overwhelmed with how many boxes were toys, especially ones that I haven’t even looked at in over a year.
Clark said it – they are always solid, but if you don’t want them all, best to just pick the one that looks the coolest to you and go with it.
