The 12-inch Star Wars Greedo Jumbo Vintage Kenner Action Figure* arrived a few weeks ago and I immediately popped him open and set him up with the Blue Snaggletooth action figure (review here). I’ve seen a wide range of opinions about this line, from love to hate, but so far I’m saying that these are fantastic and make fun display pieces. Definitely recommended if you’re a fan of the original Kenner Star Wars action figures.

Just like they were when you were a kid, only bigger! Gentle Giant continues its line of vintage Star Wars action figure reproductions with the release of Greedo, the Rodian bounty hunter. Digitally scanned from mint 3 3/4-inch Kenner originals and reproduced in scale to the rest of the jumbo Kenner line, nothing has been overlooked. Roto- and injection-molded and made of durable plastics, this fully articulated 12-inch tall figure includes a faithfully reproduced blaster. But that’s not all. The classic Kenner creation comes packaged on a 1978 Star Wars-inspired blister card that features original front and 20-back artwork in a re-sealable plastic outer clamshell to help protect and display!
