I reviewed the Blue Snaggletooth last year (review here), and now that the Star Wars Red Snaggletooth Jumbo Kenner Action Figure* is available I really should post a review of the guy. If you had told me about this line a decade ago I would have laughed at you, but these days it feels like it’s just right for my collection.
So red is in, eh, Snaggletooth? Gentle Giant is proud to bring you its line of vintage Kenner-inspired Star Wars action figure reproductions, including this classic Red Snaggletooth Action Figure. Digitally scanned from mint 3 3/4-inch Kenner originals and reproduced to a substantial 9 1/2-inches tall, nothing has been overlooked. Injection molded and made of durable plastics, this jumbo figure includes a faithfully reproduced blaster and is fully articulated! In line with the vintage Kenner theme, Snaggletooth comes packaged on a 1979 Star Wars-inspired blister card featuring original photos and “20-back” artwork, with a re-sealable plastic outer clam shell to help protect and display this collectible. It’s just like they were when you were a kid, only bigger! Limited edition of 1,000 pieces. Ages 14 and up.
