Amazing Spider-Man’s New Wheels and Legs
IGN has posted pics and info on Marvel’s new take on Spider-Man, and the one thing to leap out at me is that new Spider Mobile design by Giuseppe Camuncoli. We’ll ignore the  “Peter Parker is just like Tony Stark . . . but different!” approach with the new book, but there is no way I’ll be ignoring this new Spider Mobile design. Come on, Hasbro, and get this made for 3.75-inch scale action figures!
I doubt I’ll be buying the new comic book — comics have way too much baggage and the prices are too high today — but that won’t stop me from being curious about how all of this works for Marvel. Is Spider-Man the new Bruce Wayne, complete with secret identity and fancy wheels that magically appear at any point in the globe? I guess the reviews will tell me all I need to know soon enough.
For now I’ll just enjoy this new vehicle design.
