Austin Art Garage JazzJive Exhibit on Thursday

I told you guys the cool stuff happens in Austin whenever I leave town. I may be headed to Boston tomorrow for work, but that doesn’t stop the guys over at Austin Art Garage from holding a special exhibit on Thursday, October 8th.

“Brad Stovall’s new JAZZJIVE series aims to capture the emotion, soul and passion of the jazz musician. Inspired by the vivid history of the New Orleans jazz scene, Stovall, an avid jazz enthusiast, illuminates the symbiotic bond of musician and instrument using oil and enamel on canvas punctuated by bright white backgrounds.
