A few days ago I posted an old Remco Sgt. Rock ad from 1983 (posted here) and today I want to return to 1983. In addition to showing off the Sgt. Rock action figures this ad — scanned from the second issue of the Power Lords comic book — also offers up the Masters of the Universe-scaled Arak, Warlord, and Hercules action figures. Truly remarkable advertising . . . complete with news that the toys were available at K-Mart!
