Beat the Empire . . . at their Own Game!
As a kid during the early eighties it was my duty to be completely stupid and ready to fall for the lamest of promotions. Seriously, why else would you explain anyone falling for a “special offer” to mail two Star Wars proofs of purchase away for a poster that has the major selling point of including a trivia game on the reserve side? I remember sticking the proofs of purchase in the mail, but I cannot remember ever owning this poster. Weird. Maybe I had actually ordered some other promotion that I’ve managed to blank from my memory.
