Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Vinyl Toys
Matt Doughty (Onell Design) was telling me about these Ben 10 Ultimate Alien vinyl toys last month and this morning at Wal-Mart I snagged both the Highbreed*and Vilgax* toys.
This is a series I’ve seen on shelves for a long time but I’ve never broken down and tried any of the toys. But I couldn’t pass up these fantastic sculpts; if these were from designer toy companies they would easily run $40 or $50 each so the $10/each price at Wal-Mart didn’t make me blink at all. Maybe I’ll take this evening to work up a review; at first glance both of these are definitely recommended to any casual kaiju collector.
They’re only $10? That’s an impressive amount of toy for that price!
@Iok – That’s why I grabbed them. Great toys at a very low price.
I’ll definitely be getting these. Vilgax is one of my favorite toon villains of the last decade. And with Bandai being the makers, I would imagine these have more in common with their Godzilla and Ultraman vinyls than most of the shit you see in WalMart.
Damn those are awesome!! the wal-mart i work at down here in Redmond,Or never has anything cool like that, heck we’ve had the same toys gathering dust for a year and finally did a decent clearance.
@Jamison – These are highly recommended. I got the Vilgax review up this morning so check that out for several pics and my thoughts on the toy. But yeah, you want these.
@oOMoSOo – Yesterday was the first day that I had seen these in Wal-Mart so maybe they’re just now reaching stores.
