Buck Rogers Star Fighter . . . Almost Mine!
When Gina and I stopped at Toybase 10 in Oklahoma City last week (Facebook page) I grabbed a couple of Transformers Pretenders and a carrying case, but it was what I almost bought that has been most eating at my brain.
In the store was one of the Mego 3.75-inch scale Buck Rogers Star Fighter toys (visit bugeyedmonster.com) and it even included a box! Unfortunately, the two rear thruster parts were missing so I let the ship go. Man, the few seconds I held the toy in my hands and looked at it made me more determined than ever to chase one of these down. I really should have had this when I was a kid!

Wow, it looks much cooler than I remember! I look forward to your (undoubtedly) extensive pics when you someday acquire your prize. 🙂
@Jay – I had the same thought when I first took a serious look at the toy. And thank you for the positive thinking! I am sure hoping I get my hands on this. It seems to be one of those “tough to find complete” items that is findable . . . but it won’t be easy.
Glad you hit up ToyBase 10….Steve has quite a shop. I always check it out when I head back to OKC to see if he has any Defenders of the Earth figures.
