Car Wars in the 1991 Steve Jackson Games Product Catalog
The 1996 GURPS Autoduel product page I shared a few days ago is far from the only bit of Car Wars advertising I’ve got close at hand. These two pages from the 1991 Steve Jackson Games product catalog show off a handful of Car Wars products (find at Amazon.com*) including Car Wars: The Card Game.
The card game always was a blast, and I was fortunate enough to add my own stamp on the game by designing new cards for the game’s third edition* that was published a few years ago. The card game abstracts the automotive combat quite a bit, but when you’re pressed for time and looking for some Car Wars action the game’s a great choice.

Was there a card set to mirror each of the regular game supplements? Or did SJG make one game out of all the sets?
