cereal:geek Magazine Needs Your Help
If you’re unfamiliar with cereal:geek magazine (website, Twitter) then you’ve been missing out on some fun. Dedicated to eighties cartoons, each issue of cereal:geek includes articles and art about Masters of the Universe, The Real Ghostbusters, Transformers, and several more. One issue even included “what if?” pieces — with artwork — for cartoons that should have been. (The Rocky cartoon idea was my favorite.)
My mail recently included a plea from cereal:geek publisher James Eatock asking everyone to order so that there are funds for more. Click through and if you like what you see order an issue and help a self-publisher out.
As a self-publisher it’s hard to fund future projects, and I have SO many planned for next year:
* issues nine, ten, eleven, and twelve of cereal:geek (cover previews coming VERY soon)
* The unofficial cartoon guide to She-Ra, Princess of Power
* The Art of the Filmation storyboard book
* And a few others…A single cereal:geek magazine purchase (or He-Man cartoon guide purchase) from you will go a LONG way! 🙂
