City Strike Cobra Commander at Walmart?

One of the things I love about large retail chains like Walmart is when their massive warehouses reveal something older that really shouldn’t be on shelves today. The latest find? This G.I. Joe City Strike series (Amazon.com search*) Cobra Commander action figure found in an Austin Walmart. No other G.I. Joe toys around, just this one toy sitting all alone next to some Corps action figures.

There have been zero joes at my walmart for a long time now. I was thinking it might be because of the movie stall but 30th toys should have been around.
@Openchallenge – The Walmarts in Austin will go weeks at a time without G.I. Joe toys and then set out a handful of figures and a vehicle or two. Mostly movie toys.
I found Lockdown from Sigma 6 in the clearance section at a local Walmart, about two or three weeks ago.
