Commodore 128 at ToysRUs in 1989

I know there’s more than just the Commodore 128 on sale in this 1989 ToysRUs newspaper advertisement, but it is just that computer that I’d love to get my hands on today. The Commodore 64 was the first computer I ever bought and owned, and it was the summer of 1989 when I brought that machine home and spent way too many hours writing, playing games, and learning more and more Basic programming. I never did anything with the skills I picked up on that machine, but that doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t enjoy playing some Pool of Radiance right now.
