Congratulations to Asmodee and Fantasy Flight Games!
On Monday the official announcement that Asmodee and Fantasy Flight Games were merging hit the web, sparking a long discussion at BGG. I’ve seen a mixed reaction to the announcement, but personally I think this could be great for both companies and allow them to play off of each others strengths.
I’m sure it will be many months before we see how the merger affects business, but at the moment I’m optimistic and feel this will only lead to more great games. Congratulations!

Wow, had not expected that. Good for FFG, I guess? Here’s hoping those folks based here get to keep their jobs. It’s nice to have one of the most successful game companies here in the Twin Cities.
Surprised that while FFG posted an announcement, Asmodee has not even mentioned it on their site. Hmmm…
