“Consumer group urges better labeling for toys”
On the same page as yesterday’s post about the popularity of toys in 1984 we find this Associated Press article on consumer safety and toys. The article recommends a few toys — including specific GoBots and Transformers toys — and then goes on to suggest a number of toys to toss in the trash box.
It’s in that “trash box” listing that I spotted something that’s new to me: Stinkies from Multi-Toy. The toys appear to be quite obscure; finding info online is difficult and the best pics I’ve spotted were at figure-archive.net. Anyone have pics or information on the Stinkies toys?
