Cyber Empires from SSI in 1992

I know nothing about the Cyber Empires computer game (see Wikipedia) outside of one very basic fact: The artwork used for this advertisement (also the game’s cover artwork) from an issue of Challenge magazine is fantastic! These airbrushed giant robots are gorgeous, and I would love to find out who was the artist on the project. Fantastic work!
