Dark Tower Judgment in 1984
Milton Bradley’s Dark Tower electronic boardgame from the early eighties (see Wikipedia) was one I enjoyed as a kid, so you can imagine my surprise when I ran across this 1984 newspaper article in which I learned that a judge agreed that the idea for the game may have been stolen. That’s just sad, and the resulting decision by the court is even sadder since “the two men were not entitled to any royalties because they signed the disclosure form.”
I’m gonna dig deeper, because this can’t be where the story ends.
