Darth Vader TIE Fighter, Death Star, and Land of the Jawas Newspaper Ad from 1980

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of running across the Kenner Star Wars action figures and vehicles in newspaper advertisements like this one from 1980. I know we’ve now seen hundreds of the ads, but that doesn’t mean the thrill of the hunt has faded. If anything, the deeper I go into the Google newspaper archives, the more exciting it is when I discover something new. Sure, this ad has a visual error, but that just makes the find a little more special.
