Dear Sideshow Collectibles, I Want a 12-Inch Scale Blue Snaggletooth
Sideshow Collectibles* has been creating some great 12-inch scale Star Wars action figures, including cantina creatures like Greedo (who is available now*) and Hammerhead (who is up for pre-orders*), but now I’m going to ask for a figure that I seriously doubt we’ll get.
That’s right, I want a 12-inch scale blue Snaggletooth to go with my Greedo and Hammerhead. Even before a standard Snaggletooth or a Walrus Man I want a blue Snaggletooth because it would be a fun, wacky addition to the collection. What is a blue Snaggletooth? Hardcore Star Wars fans know what I’m talking about, but for those who don’t know see this post at X-Entertainment and this page at Rebel Scum. The short form is that the blue version of the vintage toy was a bit of a mistake and is now a little tough to find.
Let’s fix that error and welcome Blue with open arms. And what better way than with a high-end action figure? I’m not saying I don’t also want a short version — because I do — but I am saying that it would be a lot of fun to get a larger version of the figure.

I think this guy would look great next to Greedo and Hammerhead. I just hope I’m not alone in wanting this toy.

And I’m still kicking myself for not tracking down the K-Mart exclusive Blue Snaggletooth from a few years back.

@Seth L – That is a cool statue, but I want a Sideshow figure. That way he goes perfectly with my Greedo and Hammerhead.
I kinda thought they were the same company. Thus the confusion. Sorry.
I figured “Hey, they made a statue, why not a 12in figure!”
But yeah, I can’t keep my star wars license holders strait.
