Dragon Walker Artwork in The Art of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
After yesterday’s 1984 newspaper ad showing off the Masters of the Universe Dragon Walker toy I was reminded of Dark Horse’s Art of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe* book that was published last year. If you do not yet own this glorious hardcover then you need to correct that error today. Trust me, the book is 320-pages of perfection and as proof I offer up this page which shows concept artwork for the Dragon Walker and Battle Bones toys. This was a wonderful addition to my collection last year and it is a model others should use for the creation of toy-inspired artbooks. Get to work, Hasbro, because we need a G.I. Joe hardcover that’s as amazing as this title!
