Dungeons & Dragons at ToysRUs in 1981
This ToysRUs newspaper advertisement from 1981 features games, and a quick scan of the offerings shows us that the 1981 Christmas season was packed with classic games. TSR’s Dungeons & Dragons Expert Set and Dungeon boardgame are what first caught my eye, but look closer and you’ll see Dark Tower, Mille Bournes, and a handful of electronic games. So many great memories wrapped up in one ad!
