Dustin Wallace’s Robotagami

While snapping shots of Gobon this morning (see the photos here) I also took some shots of David Wallace’s Robotagami steel sculpture. (See Wallace’s blog and his Etsy Shop to learn more about his work.)

I know this isn’t a toy, but it’s an awesome robot sculpture that’s actually affordable. I ordered this weeks ago and it finally arrived yesterday; the delay was because Wallace crafts each one and the wait was well worth it. I haven’t decided if this guy’s gonna stay at home or if I’m going to take him to the office.

$30 is a cheap price for a robot sculpture like this. I bought the Battle Worn Copper version.
