Elegab Orange Shuttlegon Kaiju Toy

Japanese toymaker Elegab has some weird and wonderful toy designs. If it’s not the Kaiju Patrol Car (see it at Kaijuart) or the Tonneran (see it at Prometheus Rising) capturing my attention then it’s something else. Something like this Shuttlegon vinyl toy.

We’re all pretty certain that at some point in the future I’ll be creating my own toy (the new resin toy doesn’t count), and it’s looking more and more likely that once I do create a toy it will be a Japanese vinyl toy. Between the bad influences of Ben (Prometheus Rising), Motorbot, and Matt (Onell Design) and the evil An Encyclopedia of Kaiju book there’s no way I can avoid it.

Should be fun once I get around to the madness. But until then I’ll stare too hard at toys like this one.
