Fireball Island on Sale in 1987
September 26, 1987. Milton Bradley’s Fireball Island boardgame was one I always thought looked awesome, and the large size of the board made me think it was an expensive game. Well, this ad from the Iowa City Press Citizen newspaper proves that I thought wrong! Less than $15 for the game? Wow. That is incredible! Even accounting for inflation, that puts this $13.99 sale price the equivalent of $30.62 in 2018 dollars. Still a bargain!
