G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary Prices Reduced at TRU
It was only a few years ago when Hasbro’s G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary series (find at Amazon.com*) released to ToysRUs and a few online retailers. There were even concerns (at the time) that the toys would be tough to find . . . well, after a recent visit to ToysRUs I can announce that some of these toys are still very much available.
Surprisingly, especially since it hasn’t even been a year since I snapped pics of the toys on clearance at TRU, the prices have been readjusted and now we’re seeing $10 as the price for a two-pack. That means get out and grab these if you want them; once these vanish at retail we’re likely to see the prices climb on Amazon.com* and the rest of the web. This is likely almost the lowest price we’ll ever see (there’s a good chance TRU will clearance these later this year; will the packs reach $5? Unknown, but it seems possible).

They’re going for the same price on their website. So, if you don’t have a local TRU, you can grab them that way too.
@Stunt Zombie – Great catch! Thanks. I didn’t know the prices were reduced online as well.
Ooh…I would love some of these. Hopefully there’s some left when I get over there next month!
