G.I. Joe Hydrofoil for $12.77 at K-Mart in 1985

My book of G.I. Joe newspaper ads of the eighties is expected to launch on Kickstarter next week, and as work on the book design comes to a close, I keep uncovering old ads that tell us exactly what the toys sold for decades ago. The Hydrofoil was always a personal favorite, and this 1985 K-Mart ad again reminds us of an important G.I. Joe fact: Those toys were priced low!!!
