G.I. Joe in the News in 1991
Actually, it’s the G.I. Joe trading cards from Impel (find at Amazon.com*) that I uncovered in a newspaper article from 1991. “Durham firm joins growing market for trading cards” showcases the popularity of non-sport and sports cards in the early nineties, opening the story with the fantastic G.I. Joe set. I’ve got a box of those cards around here; I should really open them and share the cards one of these days.
