G.I. Joe in TwoMorrows’ Back Issue Magazine

I own very few copies of TwoMorrows Publishing’s Back Issue magazine (find at Amazon.com*), and I keep meaning to grab more. And now, after discovering Back Issue #16 at Half-Price Books, I know for a fact that I have got to get out there and grab more issues of this magazine about comic books. You see, #16 features articles on Transformers, Micronauts, ROM, He-Man, Super Powers, and G.I. Joe, making this a fabulous resource for info on those old toy-based comics.

The TwoMorrows website includes a preview of the issue, and below you’ll find three preview pages showing the G.I. Joe article in the magazine. The entire article weighs in at seventeen pages, making this preview just a slight scratch on the G.I. Joe content you’ll find inside. There are several sketches, a summary of Marvel’s entire G.I. Joe run, and lots of background information that makes me so happy that I found the magazine for only $2. A great score!
