G.I. Joe: Tales from the Cobra War in Stores
The Tales from the Cobra War* is out there, spotted over the weekend at a Barnes and Noble while I was in Dallas. Ever since Borders closed I don’t get into book stores often enough — there was a Borders between home and the office, so that store was easy to visit before it closed — and as much fun as ordering online can be it doesn’t replace a real book store.
The above shot shows the front and back of the book, and I must admit that I first grabbed the book in the hopes that — as with the press release (mentioned here) — the back cover would have included a quote from my review of the book, but no such luck. I guess I’ll just have to keep rolling those dice and hope that one of these days I score a cover quote on a book.
