G.I. Joe, Transformers, Micronauts, and More in Comics Through Time
A search through Google’s book archives revealed Comics Through Time and these pages on the practice of translating toys to comics in the seventies and eighties. What’s there makes for an entertaining read so I went to buy the book . . . woah! Who sets the prices on some of these books? I’d love to read this, but I don’t think I can bring myself to pay over $400 for a single book.
