Glyos Blocks!
Awesome! My box of Glyos System goodies arrived and I popped it open and started playing. The latest wave is set for release tonight at 9 eastern time — watch the Glyos Transmission Web Log for specifics — and I have to thank Matt and the Onell crew for sending me over an advance shipment of the new toys.
I’ll be playing with my Blocks if you guys need me.

Matt has pics up of a build like your Bonzai Shogun Block design on his site, looks excellant.
Ugh, I just feel sick. I was sitting at the computer five minutes before the drop, and my wife asked me to do something. I got distracted, got back on the computer at 9:30, now the black and purple glyan are sold out, as is the purple buildman. I can’t believe I missed them.
Glad I grabbed what I did when I did, it’s almost all gone already! They’ve got to like that…
Indeed, missed out on 2 bikes and 2 blocks while i was deiciding on quantity of other items hehe.
I missed out 100% despite being there @ 9EST… BLOWS.
Really disappointed this time… because I want to give Onell my money, and not the scumbag who beat me out on a website who will hock it on ebay for x3 the price. For us in the EU this drop happens at 3am BTW 🙁 — so it extra-stings to watch things disappear from your cart as you check out. Thanks Onell for putting a limit this time but damn. Please make these things more available so I can go broke, and you can buy a new car. OK??
Man, now I feel bad for grabbing multiples of some things. But I assure you, I bought them solely for my own amusement and promise not to immediately flip them onto eBay. And really, what jerk does that.
I missed everything. I been so focused on moving I have had no time to look for toys.

But got everything else I wanted. I skipped the vinyl toys this round.
That’s weird, the black and purple Glyans are still in stock. Last night when I tried to check out paypal kept listing everything as out of stock, and wouldn’t let me proceed until all I had was a phaseon and some axis joints. Well, I went ahead and ordered one of each Glyan and I’ll cross my fingers that this purple color comes back soon so I can get my buildman, gobon, phaseon and joints.
@court – That Heavy Armored Block Trooper looks awesome. Maybe the guys at Onell will decide to take the Big Rig approach and release one of those as an actual production piece . . . though I’d be shocked if a design that complex sold for less than $100.
@clark – Sorry to hear that. I’ve had the exact same thing happen to me before; been patiently waiting for something and than a last minute distraction prevented me from snagging anything.
@Big R – I’m very sorry to hear about that. Have you tried posting over at Onell Design to ask that the next launch happen at a different time? I know that everyone at Onell doesn’t want to disappoint anyone so I’m sure they’ll listen to any reasonable requests.
Actually, it would be cool if there was a way to stage a drop for two different times to help manage the global fanbase a little better. Say two drops exactly twelve hours apart with the same items offered at each time.

I missed out on both the rig and the bike even though I had the blog up before 9:30pm and kept refreashing the page. Then by the time I decided to get the entire line of “Shockwave” figures they were sold out. I just up that Matt rereleases a few of these before March. Also, does anyone know if Matt will rerelease the BIGRIG? That is what I really want though it cost $50.
@BigB – I think there may be a new version of the Big Rig in the future, but if it happens it will use new colors. (I’m personally hoping for the “Scorpion” colorway that I posted — https://www.battlegrip.com/?p=33204 — a few months ago.)
