Glyos Coloring Page and Color Mechanicals

Marcus has posted a coloring page at the Glyos Transmission Web Log that anyone can download and attack with crayons. Perfect timing since it’s almost Christmas, and is there any better time than the holidays to sit down and have fun coloring artwork?

The post also includes samples and a discussion of how “color mechanicals” are used in the toy production process. Marcus and Matt work together to select and identify colors for use with toys so that the factory in China has a guide to follow. Having been at the Onell HQ a few times while they were making color choices and I can say that I think Marcus is downplaying the number of revisions and tweaks when he says fifty. More like 100 sounds right to me!

And for more coloring fun don’t forget that I’ve got a Glyos System Illustrations DIY set over at Flickr. This doesn’t include every single Glyos System illustration that I’ve ever created, but it is pretty packed and has (at the moment) 26 illustrations for you to color.
