Glyos System Armorvor Illustrated
Here’s a digital illustration of the Glyos System Armorvor (review here) with an awesome lion head that turns the character into something actually pretty different from the wolf head on the version of the toy that I’ve got. The basic character was designed by Matt Doughty (Onell Design), sculpted by Jason Frailey (blog), and produced by TheGodBeast (blog, Twitter) and I can’t wait to see this toy get into production. Why? Because I’m gonna get several of them! I’d love to see this colorway produced.

Has there been any further talk on producing these on a wider scale? I know last time talk was that it wasn’t worth it because the final figures would be super expensive due to production costs but a man can dream…
Word is that these will be produced by Onell Design. I haven’t heard anything about price, and that lion head isn’t part of the production, but all signs point to the figure coming to us for a lot less than the resin version.
Black Zarak, not sure who told you any of that…sure it is expensive to cut steel molds for production, but, no one ever said, “it wasn’t worth it” and none of us ever said that the final production figures would be “super expensive.” That is the whole point of going into production w/ a figure…to bring the costs of the figure down and to retail for the masses to collect. 😉
Hang in there just a tad bit longer and you will see Armorvors @ the Onell Design store and at Onell Design/Callgrim production range prices.
Thanks for keepin’ an eye peeled and postin’ about the Glyos Armorvor!!!
Stay tuned! 😉

btw, Great Armorvor illustration brutha Phil!
Ooh, Predaking!
Alright, maybe I exaggerated, but I thought it was something along those lines. Like one figure would be twenty plus bucks or something.
Maybe I was just confusing the resin version’s price? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for buying these guys if they become available!
No worries Black Zarak…it is understandable…I am almost 99.9% sure they won’t cost anywhere near $20. I also understand guyz frustration w/ the prototypes being $$$, but, when does DST, Tomy/Takara, Mattel, Bandai, Hasbro offer, make available, or sell actual prototypes to the collectors? 😉
Hang tight my friend, the Armorvor production figures are coming soon!!!
