“Godzilla meets the Samurai Space Age Defenders!”
I posted a Shogun Warriors ad a few days ago and, when I discovered that ad, I had no idea that I’d uncover another — and better! — Shogun Warriors ad so soon. This ad from Nove,ber 16, 1978, stands out as one of the best Shogun Warriors newspaper ads we’ve seen so far.
Shogun Warriors are among my favorite toys from when I was a kid. I had Godzilla and Daimos, while my neighbor, Robbie, had Raideen and Mazinger. Two foot tall robot toys seem even huger when you’re only three and a half feet tall! I’d love to collect these again!
