And this is what I love most about exploring the newspaper archives: Discovering toys I never knew existed. Scroll to page 40 in this newspaper and you’ll find, hiding on the page, the Hasbro Stuntsters toys on sale for only $0.69/each. Considering the ad states that these were regular $2.99, that’s a serious price drop and tells me all I need to know: this toyline failed.

Also: Am I crazy, or does that look like the original Bumblebee toy?
