What makes this December 21, 1984, Osco advertisement from the Casper Star-Tribune most interesting is that it is a perfect companion to a 1983 Osco Diakron ad that we saw earlier this year. Today’s ad features Sunstreaker while the earlier ad shows the pre-Sunstreaker release of the toy, and both are priced at $7.99. See, kids, how easily it would have been to buy that Diakron Sunstreaker toy just a year before the Transformers hit the scene?
