Hercules, the Unofficial Transformers Devastator, Upgraded

TFC Toys has completely blown me away with their Hercules series — battlegrip.com reviews: Structor review here, Heavy Labor review here, Exgraver review here and TFSource review: Neckbreaker review here — and now the company is offering an upgrade kit that improves the arm articulation, completely changes the way the arms work, adds a new head, and even a new weapon.

The upgrade kit is available for pre-order now at site sponsor TFSource, and between this and the already-announced purple mixing drum it sounds as if I’m not quite finished assembling Hercules.
