“Hi-powered fun from Robotech” in 1985
I shared an advertisement for the Robot Store back in 2015. That earlier ad was fun as hell, and ever since I ran across the old Comico Robotech comic with that ad I have been keeping my eyes open for more comics. Fortunately, I stumbled across another 1985 Comico Robotech comic last week . . . and look, the comic has another ad for Robotech toys!

Still my favourite mecha designs from the whole Robotech franchise.
Never even saw the third part of the series till only a few years ago when the collections were released on DVD, only ever had the Macross saga available in my local area.
But the Alpha and Beta designs plus my love of transforming motorcycles really pushed these to the forefront.
