February 4, 1975. Does it get any more seventies than this ad block for Ideal’s Evel Knievel motorcycle toy? Despite not even owning the toy when I was a kid, this Los Angeles Times newspaper ad for the Ideal toy on clearance still triggers memories; trust me when I say that all kids my age wanted their own Evel Knievel motorcycle toy back in the late seventies.
