IDW Launching Garbage Pail Kids Comic in 2015
Next year will see more than just the thirtieth anniversary of the Garbage Pail Kids brand as IDW has announced the launch of a Garbage Pail Kids comic anthology for next year. Both Comic Book Resources and Cardboard Connection have posted details about the upcoming series, and I’m sure there are a lot of fans out there looking forward to seeing how IDW will tackle the concept of story around the Garbage Pail Kids characters.
Although no details were released as to whether it will be an ongoing or miniseries, the adaptation is currently planned as an anthology of loosely connected stories by writers and artists from across the comics industry.
