Inside The Loyal Subjects Video

If you’re a fan of G.I. Joe and Transformers toys then you really should take a look at the 3-inch vinyl toys being produced by The Loyal Subjects (website). They’re applying some fun design ideas to classic G.I. Joe and Transformers characters and so far there’s been one wave of each brand released as blind box toys (Amazon.com blind box Transformers*, Amazon.com blind box G.I. Joe*).

And now you can get a peek inside the idea mines with this six minute video that goes into the whys of the designer G.I. Joe and Transformers toys the company has made to date. I got to spend time with Jonathan last week and had a blast chatting toys, manufacturing, and sales, and it really makes me happy to know that someone who loves the brands snagged the license to make these toys.
