Karma Go Open for Pre-Orders
I’ve gotten a bit of use out of my Karma wi-fi* device this year, dragging it along to shows in NYC, Vegas, and Dallas and using the system instead of paying for hotel wi-fi. (Hey, why is it the more expensive hotels charge for wi-fi when a $100/night room gives me free wi-fi? What the hell, folks?) The Karma hasn’t worked everywhere though, and in a few cities the system just couldn’t save me.
Well, my wi-fi troubles may be over with the new Karma Go*. Unlike the basic device, this new one is supposed to work everywhere, meaning that I just had to upgrade. Hey, when you’re on the road as much time as I am you need reliable internet, and so far the Karma has been mostly reliable. This nationwide version should mean I am no longer stuck paying a hotel $15/day for wi-fi again.
Well, at least until I’ve got another international trip. But at least in the US I’ll be covered.
