Yesterday’s Imperial Shuttle ad is definitely clearer than today’s Montgomery Ward newspaper ad, but I think everyone will agree that today’s ad is far more epic and memorable. I suspect this was one of the last times in the eighties that a retailer devoted an entire page to Star Wars toys in a newspaper ad.
