Kenner Star Wars Micro Collection Ad from November, 1983
My copy of Gus and Duncan’s Guide to Star Wars Micro Collection Toys arrived today and WOW! This book is fantastic and it makes me very happy to now have this in my collection.
To celebrate the launch of the book I thought I’d share this November 24, 1983 ad from the Reading Eagle newspaper. As a kid I only had a few of the Micro Collection toys, and seeing the toys in the book again makes me kinda wish that I had these. The ad is wonderful, but the color photos in the hardcover book are far, far more exciting.
