Kenner Tauntaun at Children’s Palace
Yesterday’s Snowspeeder and Star Destroyer ad is joined by this Children’s Palace ad block featuring the Tauntaun toy. I’m not so sure if I would have used the words “lifelike replica” to describe the vintage Kenner Tauntaun toy, but since I wasn’t the one in charge of this advertisement when it was new, what the hell do I know about “lifelike replicas” in 1980 toy stores?
