Kenner’s “Duke, Super Action Dog” Comic Ad from 1974
Before snagging the Six Million Dollar Man license, Kenner tried some bizarre action figure concepts. Steve Scout, the licensed Boy Scouts action figure (see Plaid Stallions) was a concept I always thought unusual, but after encountering Duke the award for craziest Kenner concept of the seventies has to go to this dog action figure. Weird!
