Kickstarter – Cassatchel Messenger Bag and iPad Sleeve
Over the weekend Gina was telling me that I am never completely satisfied with bags. Over about the last year I’ve had both a National Geographic NG A5250* and a Powerbag Deluxe Back Pack* and I’m still looking at bags. It’s not that I’m unhappy. No, it’s that I have a sickness and love bags.
And that’s what made the Cassatchel on Kickstarter catch my eye. A custom-shaped bag — designed to look like a cassette tape — I can’t say if it’s a remarkably useful and effective bag, but I can say that the design looks cool. Now if I could just find a way to blur the National Geographic bag’s transformable feature, the Powerbag’s power, and the Cassatchel’s shape into one bag.
It’s starting to look like it’s about time for me to design my own messenger bag. Because I have so much time for learning all about the design and manufacturing of bags . . .
