Kickstarter – Ogre Designer’s Edition
The last few weeks have been busy at work. Besides convention travel I also helped with preparing our first Kickstarter project to make the Ogre Designer’s Edition even bigger and meaner than it was going to be without the help of fans. And help it has been; in just over 24 hours we’ve passed $90,000! Wow, I’m shocked and excited. This is gonna be even bigger and greater than I expected.
And yes, even though it’s an office project I jumped in as a backer. And the timing was perfect since I got to be backer #666. How could I not participate when the opportunity presented itself?
Kudo for this project. I hope you will find a way to ship at non-US pledgers for the Car Wars kickstarter project. Car Wars was one of my favorites games. I remember playing it with friends hours during the week-end.
@Sylvain – We will be opening the Ogre Kickstarter project to those outside of the US. We’re just trying to get the numbers to be a bit more reasonable (charging $100+ to ship a $100 game is not at all fun).
