Kickstarter – Symbiosis Creative Commons Art Book
Have you ever wanted to tell a story? Or create a game? Or maybe just explore a new world? The Symbiosis project at Kickstarter was confusing to me at first, but as the project video — which is very well made — opened up the idea to me I started to get exactly what was meant by “Creative Commons Art Book.”
Symbiosis, by Steven Sanders (Tumblr, Twitter), is intended to be a reference to a new fictional world in which man and technology need each other to survive. As a creative commons project the finished book — and the setting it describes — will be open for everyone to use as the setting for stories of their own. I fully expect to see at least one incredible webcomic come out of this project if it succeeds.
