Kickstarter – The World of Steam
The World of Steam is a Kickstarter project to complete the pilot episode of what is being described as a “Twilight Zone-like series” set in the steampunk genre. I first started watching the Kickstarter video out of curiosity, but it soon turned into interest because so many of the people behind the project have experience in shows like Battlestar Galactica, Buffy, and Star Trek.
It’s not just a batch of friends getting together to create something. No, these are professionals getting together to create something their way. And it looks far more impressive than I expected it to. The project is 74% funded with one week to go, so watch the video and then back the project if what you see excites you.
